A gift voucher is the perfect way to treat someone, whether it be a present to celebrate a special occasion, a work reward or simply to say thanks - we have it covered! Just enter the amount you'd like to load onto the voucher, and add it to your basket. You can choose to have the voucher emailed immediately to the recipient, or have a physical voucher posted to them in a beautifully presented gifting envelope.
Simply bring your voucher along when visiting us, presenting it at reception when you arrive. If booking in advance, please quote your voucher number at the time of booking so we can store it against your reservation. This voucher is valid for 12 months. Any additional expenditure on your bill above the amount stated on this voucher must be paid in full at the end of your visit. The bearer of the voucher is responsible for its safekeeping, and The Company will not replace lost or stolen vouchers. Expired vouchers will not be accepted, and no extensions will be granted beyond the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers. Vouchers must be used in one visit, anything left on the voucher cannot be rolled over. Only one voucher may be used per visit.
